This website is operated by AI White Knight (aiwhiteknight.com) ("AI White Knight", "we", "us"). Contact: thomas@aiwhiteknight.com. By registering or paying for a membership you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

2. 会员内容与付费2. Membership and payment

1. 会员为年费制，金额以付款页面显示为准。付款方式：PayPal 或银行转账（转账需经我们核对后开通）。
2. 会员可在有效期内使用会员区：会员教材、必看影片、大马课程学院、AI外包、会员交流等。我们会不时更新、调整或下架部分内容，不保证每项内容永久提供。
3. 会员到期后不会自动扣款；续费由你自行决定。到期后将无法再进入会员区。
4. 学习需要你自备：电脑或手提电脑、Google 电邮、可网上付款的信用卡，以及第三方工具（例如 Claude、Vercel 等）的费用。这些第三方费用由你自行负担，与会员年费无关。付款前你已填写「课前准备」并确认具备以上条件。
5. 我们不是 Anthropic、Google、Vercel 或任何第三方的代理，也不对第三方服务的价格、变更或停用负责。

1. Membership is an annual fee; the amount is shown on the payment page. Payment is by PayPal or bank transfer (bank transfers are activated after we verify them).
2. During the membership period you may use the member area: lessons, must-watch videos, the Malaysia course directory, AI Jobs, member community and other features. We may update, change or remove content from time to time and do not promise any item will be available forever.
3. Memberships do not renew automatically. Renewal is your choice; after expiry you can no longer access the member area.
4. You need your own computer or laptop, a Google email account, a card for online payments, and you pay for any third-party tools (for example Claude, Vercel). Third-party costs are your own responsibility and are not included in the membership fee. Before paying you completed the pre-class checklist confirming you have these.
5. We are not an agent of Anthropic, Google, Vercel or any other third party, and are not responsible for their prices, changes or discontinuation.

3. 退款政策3. Refund policy

以下情况我们会全额退款：

• 同一个会员期重复付款，或被多扣款；
• 付款成功，但因我们的问题在 3 个工作日内仍未开通，而你选择不再加入；
• 依法必须退款的情况。

We give a full refund if:

• you were charged twice or overcharged for the same membership period;
• your payment succeeded but, through our fault, your membership was not activated within 3 working days and you no longer wish to join; or
• a refund is required by law.

以下情况不退款：已开通但没有使用；改变主意；无法使用第三方工具或不愿付第三方费用；设备或网络问题；学习进度或成果不如预期；因违反本条款而被停用的账号。

We do not refund for: unused memberships after activation; change of mind; inability or unwillingness to use or pay for third-party tools; device or internet problems; learning results that differ from your expectations; or accounts suspended for breaching these terms.

怎样申请

How to ask

请在付款后 14 天内电邮 thomas@aiwhiteknight.com，附上会员编号、付款日期和收据。我们会在 7 个工作日内回复。批准的退款会退回原付款方式，银行或 PayPal 的手续费可能不退。若付款后被退款或在银行 / PayPal 提出争议（chargeback），会员资格会立即停止。

Email thomas@aiwhiteknight.com within 14 days of payment with your member number, payment date and receipt. We reply within 7 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; bank or PayPal fees may not be refundable. If a payment is refunded or disputed (chargeback), the membership ends immediately.

4. 使用规则与版权4. Acceptable use and copyright

1. 账号只限本人使用。一个账号同一时间只能在一部设备登录；不可分享、出借或转卖账号。
2. 所有教材、文章、截图、影片清单和设计均属 AI 白武士或原作者所有。未经书面同意，不可复制、录屏、转载、翻译、出售或公开分享，包括放上社交媒体、群组或其他课程。
3. 不可使用机器人、爬虫或任何方法大量下载内容，也不可尝试入侵或破坏网站。
4. 在会员交流、AI外包等地方，请保持礼貌，不可发布违法、诈骗、传销、赌博、借贷、色情、骚扰或侵犯他人权利的内容。
5. 违反以上规则，我们可以不经通知停用账号、删除内容，且不退款；如造成损失，我们保留追究的权利。

1. Your account is for you only. It can be signed in on one device at a time; you may not share, lend or resell it.
2. All lessons, articles, screenshots, video lists and designs belong to AI White Knight or their original owners. Without our written consent you may not copy, screen-record, repost, translate, sell or publicly share them, including on social media, chat groups or other courses.
3. No bots, scrapers or bulk downloading, and no attempts to break into or disrupt the website.
4. In the community and AI Jobs areas, be respectful and do not post anything illegal, fraudulent, pyramid-scheme, gambling, money-lending, sexual, harassing or infringing.
5. If you break these rules we may suspend the account and remove content without notice and without refund, and we reserve the right to claim for any loss caused.

5. 不保证效果或收入5. No guarantee of results or income

教材和分享只作教育用途，不构成商业、财务、法律或投资建议。「找钱机会」、AI外包和推荐佣金只是提供机会，我们不保证任何收入、客户、工作或学习成果。每个人的结果取决于自己的努力、能力和市场情况。你使用 AI 工具做出的网站、内容或决定，由你自己负责。

Lessons and sharing are for education only and are not business, financial, legal or investment advice. "Earning opportunities", AI Jobs and referral commissions are opportunities only; we do not guarantee any income, clients, jobs or learning outcome. Results depend on your own effort, skills and the market. You are responsible for anything you build, publish or decide using AI tools.

在法律允许的范围内，我们对任何间接或连带损失不负责任；我们的总责任以你最近一次支付的会员年费为上限。

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the membership fee you most recently paid.

6. AI外包（会员互相接案）6. AI Jobs (member-to-member work)

1. AI白武士只提供平台让会员发布工作和申请工作，不是任何合约的一方，也不代收或保管款项。
2. 工作内容、价钱、付款、交货、质量、知识产权和任何纠纷，由发布人和接案人自行协议及负责。建议先写清楚协议，大案子分阶段付款；不要先付钱给对方才接工作。
3. 「认证枪手」只表示我们核实过对方的身份和作品，不是担保其工作质量或信用。评分由会员给出，仅供参考。
4. 我们可以审核、退回、下架任何工作或资料，暂停或取消任何会员的发布或接案资格，无须说明理由。

1. AI White Knight only provides the platform for members to post and apply for jobs. We are not a party to any agreement and do not collect or hold payments.
2. Scope, price, payment, delivery, quality, intellectual property and any dispute are agreed and handled by the poster and the provider themselves. Put agreements in writing and use staged payments for larger jobs; never pay someone just to be given a job.
3. "Verified provider" only means we checked the person's identity and work samples. It is not a guarantee of their quality or reliability. Ratings come from members and are for reference only.
4. We may review, reject or remove any job or profile, and suspend anyone's posting or job-taking rights, without giving reasons.

7. 防诈骗与免责声明7. Scams and fraud: disclaimer

1. 你与其他会员或任何人之间的交易、付款、合作和来往，风险由你自行承担。请自行核实对方身份，保留对话和付款记录。
2. 我们永远不会要求你把钱转到私人户口、索取你的密码或银行验证码（TAC / OTP），也不会以 AI 白武士名义私下收钱、推销投资或借贷。收到这类要求，一定是诈骗。
3. 官方付款只限会员区里的 PayPal 或页面显示的银行户口；官方联络只限 aiwhiteknight.com 和 thomas@aiwhiteknight.com。冒充我们的电话、WhatsApp、社交账号或网站，与我们无关。
4. 「认证枪手」、评分、推荐代理身份，都不是担保。我们的审核只能减少风险，不能保证不会发生诈骗。
5. 发现可疑行为，请立即用网站上的「检举」或电邮 thomas@aiwhiteknight.com 通知我们；如已被骗，请向警方（PDRM CCID 诈骗热线 997）或银行报案。我们可能会停用涉嫌账号，并在法律要求下配合警方调查，但这不代表我们须对损失负责。

1. Any dealing, payment, collaboration or contact between you and another member or anyone else is at your own risk. Verify who you are dealing with and keep your chats and payment records.
2. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account, ask for your password or bank TAC / OTP, or privately collect money, sell investments or offer loans in the name of AI White Knight. Any such request is a scam.
3. Official payments are only through PayPal in the member area or the bank account shown on our payment page. Official contact is only aiwhiteknight.com and thomas@aiwhiteknight.com. Phone numbers, WhatsApp, social accounts or websites pretending to be us have nothing to do with us.
4. "Verified provider" status, ratings and referral-agent status are not guarantees. Our checks reduce risk but cannot prevent every scam.
5. If something looks suspicious, use "Report" on the site or email thomas@aiwhiteknight.com straight away. If you have been scammed, report it to the police (PDRM CCID scam hotline 997) and your bank. We may suspend the accounts involved and will cooperate with the police where the law requires, but this does not mean we are liable for any loss.

8. 推荐佣金8. Referral commissions

1. 推荐代理须经我们批准。佣金只计算已确认付款的会员（新加入和续费），金额以代理页面显示为准，按月结算。
2. 若被推荐的付款被退款、被争议或被发现造假，相关佣金会被取消或从下次佣金扣回。
3. 不可推荐自己、用假账号、虚假宣传或做出收入承诺。违反者佣金作废，代理资格取消。
4. 代理是独立推荐人，不是我们的员工或合伙人；佣金的税务由代理自行处理。

1. Referral agents must be approved by us. Commission is earned only on confirmed payments (new members and renewals), at the rate shown in the agent page, and paid monthly.
2. If a referred payment is refunded, disputed or found to be fraudulent, the commission is cancelled or deducted from later commissions.
3. No self-referrals, fake accounts, misleading promotion or income promises. Breaches forfeit commissions and end agent status.
4. Agents are independent referrers, not our employees or partners, and handle their own tax on commissions.

1. 收集什么：名字、电邮、电话、城市 / 国家、年龄范围、学习用途、脸书资料（如你连接）、付款记录和汇款单、登录设备与 IP、课前准备答案、接案资料、评分和你在网站发布的内容。
2. 用途：开通和管理会员、核对付款、发收据和通知、防止诈骗和滥用、计算推荐佣金、改善教材，以及（你同意时）发送更新。
3. 给谁：只给提供服务的伙伴（例如 Cloudflare 主机、PayPal、Resend 电邮）和法律要求的机构。我们不会出售你的个人资料。AI外包里，你的联络方式只在双方批准后才给对方看。
4. 你的权利：你可以电邮要求查看、更正或删除你的资料，或停止接收推广电邮。删除资料后可能无法继续使用会员服务；付款记录会按法律要求保留。

1. What we collect: name, email, phone, city / country, age range, learning purpose, Facebook profile (if you connect it), payment records and bank slips, sign-in devices and IP, pre-class answers, job profiles, ratings and anything you post on the site.
2. Why: to activate and manage memberships, verify payments, send receipts and notices, prevent fraud and abuse, calculate referral commissions, improve lessons and (if you agree) send updates.
3. Who sees it: only service providers that run the site (for example Cloudflare hosting, PayPal, Resend email) and authorities where the law requires. We never sell your personal data. In AI Jobs, contact details are shown only after both sides are approved.
4. Your rights: email us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails. Deleting data may end your access to member services; payment records are kept as the law requires.

10. 其他10. General

1. 我们可以修改本条款，新版本会放在本页并更新版本日期。重大改变会以电邮或会员区通知；之后继续使用即表示接受。
2. 本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。如有纠纷，双方先友好协商；协商不成，由马来西亚法院处理。
3. 如某一条款无效，其余条款仍然有效。

1. We may update these terms; the new version is posted on this page with a new version date. We will notify members of major changes by email or in the member area, and continued use means you accept them.
2. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; failing that, the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction.
3. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
